In Episode 11 Gen and Jette talk about why writers should keep a journal. As writers, we’re always looking for ways to up our writing game and establish better writing habits. Journalling is one of those habits we’re always trying to create. And always have a hard time maintaining. It’s just too easy to let it fall by the wayside.
In our first episode dedicated to writing, we take a look at the ways that journalling daily can improve your writing. And how to make it a habit you actually maintain. We get a little wistful about new notebooks, talk about our favourite notebook shops in Boston (Trident Booksellers, Harvard Bookstore), and rave about how Moleskines are life. To help you establish your own journalling routine, we also offer some tips and tricks for getting into a regular habit that we’re going to try out in our own writing practices.
